5 Days of Lion’s Mane

Lion’s Mane is a mushroom that’s gaining significant attention for its broad range of benefits, particularly its impact on brain health and cognitive function. While the evidence is still emerging, many people have found it to be a powerful tool for enhancing focus, memory, and overall well-being.

I decided to give it a try to see if I too could benefit from the hype around Lion’s Mane. I went with the powder form and figured I could add it to my daily tea.

It’s October 2nd, I’m on Day 3 of my liquid diet, which consists of water, tea, smoothies, OWYN protein drinks, Ryze Chicory, and natural juices. Although you can, I choose not to use sugar or honey to sweeten my beverages at this time, relying instead on MIO and non-dairy creamer, if I must. I have an eating window from 11–7 that I like to stay inside of even during my liquid diet fasting.

This day also marks Day 1 of taking Lion’s Mane, to enhance brain function and focus. I haven’t been feeling motivated as of late and that is not my style at all. Although I still stretch and breathe as usual, I felt like I needed a little extra boost.

I have two proposals to write, a business plan to develop, a website to update, a curriculum to complete, attorneys to call, research to do, articles to publish, and digital…
