I Don’t Have All the Answers, I’m Just Not Afraid of Being Wrong
This Is How It Makes People Feel
I’ll say this again, and I say it often: I don’t have all the answers. But here’s the thing — some people think I believe I know everything. And honestly, there’s a reason for that. It comes down to three simple truths:
- I know my shit, and I don’t apologize for it. I don’t downplay what I know or pretend I’m unsure when I’m not.
- I’m not afraid of being wrong. In fact, being wrong is an opportunity — a chance to learn, evolve, and come back stronger.
- I’m a conversation starter. I stir critical thought, spark discussions, and push for action and solutions.
But here’s the part that makes some people uncomfortable. For years, I used to hear phrases like, You think you know everything, or You’re not better than anyone else. These comments always felt weird to me, like people were starting drama out of thin air. It left me feeling like these people didn’t appreciate my curiosity or my willingness to learn and comprehend.
Although I didn’t feel like I had to prove something or convince people that I wasn’t full of myself, because I certainly was and am and I’m not sorry; I did keep quiet around certain people and I refused to open up and communicate with them…
